Overseas Orders and Delivery

Our customers are very important to us so we guarantee that we will not sell or give away any of your information to any third party. We do not store your Credit Card details online which is why you have to re-enter the card details for each transaction.

Do you send orders overseas?

Yes, but currently only to European countries.

Are your prices the same for European orders?

Yes, all prices on our web site are the same for European orders. Due to a change in the EU VAT laws on 1st January 2010, we have to charge UK VAT on goods we sell and supply to other European countries. However, you do not have to pay VAT in your country as well.

How much is postage?

For orders under £0.00, we charge a nominal £0.00. For orders over £0.00, postage is free. Please see below for alternative delivery options.

How do you send the goods?

For all orders, we use Royal Mail’s standard airmail service. This service usually delivers your goods in 3 – 5 days.

We obtain a proof of posting on all orders. If your order should go missing, the Royal Mail will only compensate up to £39. We will not be held responsible for any orders lost in the post.

For an additional £3.70, we will send your order using International Signed For – this means you will have to sign for your order on receipt. Please note this still only includes £39 compensation. For compensation of up to £500, please add a further £2.20.

In summary, by default we will use standard airmail. You may choose to add international signed for (£3.70) and enhanced compensation (£2.20). If you wish to use either or both of these, please make this clear in the comment field during the check out process and we will add the cost to your total order.
